DAY 14: Wakelet

Today I had the opportunity to try a new tech tool with my 7th grade music students. Wakelet is a website that allows users to curate, save, organize, and share content such as articles, YouTube videos, images, and so much more! The students were working on creating a Self-Care Playlist of songs that take them from a undesired mood to a desired mood. In the past, I had them create a literal YouTube playlist but unfortunately YouTube requires you to create a channel in order to make a playlist, and my district does not allow for that. Wakelet is a super user friendly resource that makes gathering collections into a fun and creative task.
